What will you do?

As a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will work under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Mechanical Engineer on the development of existing and new products or components. Your focus is on accurately modelling complex parts and creating corresponding 2D drawings within defined timelines. You will perform independent CAD work while gradually building up both your technical and professional skills.

By supporting experienced engineers, you will have the opportunity to grow in a structured way and further develop yourself within a dynamic and innovative engineering environment. This role is ideal for graduates or candidates with little professional experience who are eager to learn.

  • Modelling mechanical components in 3D and creating 2D technical drawings
  • Performing independent CAD work within defined timelines
  • Supporting senior engineers in the development of products and components
  • Discussing technical designs with team members and incorporating feedback
  • Learning to work according to project requirements and quality standards

What do you bring?

  • A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of mechanical design principles
  • Solid knowledge of CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo or similar
  • Good command of Portuguese and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn, critical thinking and a genuine passion for technology
