Junior Electro-Mechanical Engineer
What will you do?
As a Junior Electro‑Mechanical Engineer, you will work under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Engineer on the development of existing and new products or components. You will support the design process and gradually build up both your technical and soft skills within an international and innovative engineering environment.
- Designing mechanical and electro‑mechanical components using CAD tools
- Working on cable routing, connectors, plugs and electronic connections
- Creating and maintaining design documentation to support the development process
- Discussing technical designs with team members and incorporating feedback
- Supporting senior engineers during the development and optimisation of products
- Learning to work within project timelines and quality requirements
This role is ideal for graduates or candidates with little professional experience who are eager to grow and develop within industrial automation projects.
What do you bring?
- A Master’s degree in Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Good basic knowledge of electrical connections and cabling within precision mechanical engineering
- Solid knowledge of 2D/3D CAD tools such as AutoCAD 2D, Siemens NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo or similar
- Good command of Portuguese and English, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn, critical thinking and a genuine passion for technology
