Career Story Julia Architek

Julia graduated from Poznan University of Technology and joined ACE Poland as a Mechanical Design Engineer Assistant. After one year, she progressed to the role of Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, marking the start of her development in a structured and supportive engineering environment.

In her current role, she works mainly on hose routing and the preparation of technical documentation, contributing to detailed design work within engineering projects.

ACE provided Julia with her first opportunity to enter the engineering field and apply theoretical knowledge in practice. From the beginning, she focused on developing her technical skills through hands-on work and exposure to real projects.

Working in a structured environment has allowed her to gradually take on more responsibility and better understand how individual tasks connect to the overall engineering process.

A key factor in Julia’s development has been the working environment at ACE. The availability of support from more experienced colleagues allows her to ask questions, validate her approach, and continuously improve her technical skills.

This approach enables her to learn at a steady pace, without unnecessary pressure, while building confidence in her engineering decisions over time.
